ENC Strategy Account Director Josh DeLung will take you through a case study in enhancing websites for internal and external stakeholders in a session at the National Association of Government Communicators 2013 Communications School. “Enhancing Websites for Internal and External Stakeholders” will feature a brief overview of how to maintain and enhance content, manage campaigns, and support Web design and development. You’ll leave with ideas for new ways to improve the areas where your agency’s site may not be meeting the needs of users in certain categories.
